Voiding Transactions

Voiding unsettled transactions prevent the transaction from settling, so that the funds held by the card issuing company during authorization are released back to the customer's account.
Follow these steps to void a transaction:
  1. Choose
    Payments > Manage Transactions
    .
  2. Use
    Search Transactions
    and
    Filter
    to find the unsettled transaction. For more information on using these options, see Using Quick Search and Filters.
  3. Click
    Click or tap
    Tap
    .
  4. Click
    Click or tap
    Tap
    Void
    .
  5. Click
    Click or tap
    Tap
    Submit Void
    , or
    click
    click or tap
    tap
    Cancel
    if you decide not to void the transaction.

RESULT

The transaction is voided.
