Editing a Customer Profile

Follow these steps to edit a customer profile:
  1. Choose
    Customers > Manage Customers
    .
  2. Find the customer in the Manage Customers list. For more information, see Searching Customer Profiles.
  3. Click
    Click or tap
    Tap
    the
    Profile ID link
    for the customer.

    Step Result

    The customer's profile appears.
  4. Click
    Click or tap
    Tap
    Manage Profile
    and select
    Edit customer profile
    .
  5. Enter the payment information:
    1. Select the name type. You can select either customer name or company name.
    2. Enter the name.
    3. Enter the customer's email address.
    4. Click
      Click or tap
      Tap
      Add more details
      to enter optional information. You can add a customer ID from your system and optional notes about the customer.
    5. Click
      Click or tap
      Tap
      Add Payment Method
      and add the customer's new payment method. Or,
      click
      click or tap
      tap
      to edit an existing payment method.
    6. Click
      Click or tap
      Tap
      Add Shipping Address
      and add the customer's new shipping address. Or,
      click
      click or tap
      tap
      to edit an existing shipping address.
  6. Click
    Click or tap
    Tap
    Save
    to update the customer. Or,
    click
    click or tap
    tap
    Cancel
    if you decide not to create the customer profile.

RESULT

The customer profile is created.
