Setting Up Advanced Fraud Detection Suite (AFDS) Customer Responses

Follow these steps to set up customer responses for AFDS.
  1. Choose
    Account > Account and API Settings > Advanced Fraud Detection Suite Settings
    .
  2. Click
    Click or tap
    tap
    Edit Customer Response
    .
  3. For
    Authorize and Hold For Review
    transactions, select one of the default responses, or select the custom text option and enter your custom text.
  4. For
    Do Not Authorize, But Hold For Review
    transactions, select one of the default responses, or select the custom text option and enter your custom text.
  5. Click
    Click or tap
    Tap
    Save
    , or
    click
    click or tap
    tap
    Cancel
    if you decide not to change your customer responses.

RESULT

Your customer responses are saved.
