Setting Up Advanced Fraud Detection Suite (AFDS) Customer Responses
Follow these steps to set up customer responses for AFDS.
- ChooseAccount > Account and API Settings > Advanced Fraud Detection Suite Settings.
- ClickClick or taptapEdit Customer Response.
- ForAuthorize and Hold For Reviewtransactions, select one of the default responses, or select the custom text option and enter your custom text.
- ForDo Not Authorize, But Hold For Reviewtransactions, select one of the default responses, or select the custom text option and enter your custom text.
- ClickClick or tapTapSave, orclickclick or taptapCancelif you decide not to change your customer responses.
RESULT
Your customer responses are saved.
