Managing the Silent Post URL
The Silent Post URL enables you to send a transaction response to a URL your
website. This feature is mainly used to record the transaction response separate from
the receipt page.
IMPORTANT
Silent Post is obsolete and is being phased out. Use webhooks
to receive transaction responses and other events from
Authorize.net
. For details, see Webhooks.Follow these steps to manage the Relay Response URL:
- ChoosePayments > Payment Settings.
- For the transaction response URLs,clickclick or taptap
- For the Silent Post URL,clickclick or taptap
- To set the Silent Post URL:
- ClickClick or tapTapEdit.
- Enter the Silent Post URL.
- ClickClick or tapTapSaveto save your changes, orclickclick or taptapCancelif you do not want to save your changes.
RESULT
The Silent Post URL is set.
