Using Quick Search and Filters

The
Merchant Interface
has tabs, quick search and filters to make it easier to find transactions.

Tabs

The Manage Transactions page has three tabs for searching unsettled, settled, and suspicious transactions.

Unsettled Transactions
to view transactions that have not settled. Captured transactions, including refunds, are settled arfter your next transaction cut-off time. For details on viewing and changing your transaction cut-off time, see Changing the Transaction Cut-Off Time.

Settled Transactions
to view previously settled transactions. You can view transactions that settled this calendar year and two years previous.

Suspicious Transactions
to view transactions that triggered one or more Advanced Fraud Detection Suite filters. For details on the Advanced Fraud Detection Suite, see Advanced Fraud Detection Suite (AFDS).

Quick Search

Use Quick Search to search for transactions intuitively.
When you use quick search without a filter, the results match these categories:
  • Transaction ID
  • Customer First Name
  • Customer Last Name
  • Email
  • Amount
  • Last four digits of the Credit Card Number
  • Invoice Number
  • Customer ID
Typing letters causes quick search to suggest names and email addresses, and typing numbers causes quick search to suggest amounts and card numbers.

the quick search suggestion to view transactions that meet the search criteria. Some quick search suggestions become filters.
Quick Search also supports natural language queries for specific transactions. For more details, see Transaction Search Queries.

To remove a filter,

to remove all filters from the search.

Quick Filters

Use quick filters to view transactions that might require action.
Quick filters include these options:
To Review
Shows transactions filtered by the Advanced Fraud Detection Suite (AFDS).
Unsettled
Shows transactions that have not been settled.
Error
Shows transactions that were not processed because of errors.
Refunds
Shows transactions that were refunded.
Declines
Shows transactions that were declined by the issuing bank or by your security settings.
