Adding a User

Follow these steps to add a user to your account.
  1. Choose
    Account > Manage Users
    .
  2. Click
    Click or tap
    Tap
    Add New User
    .
  3. Add the user information.

    Step Result

    Include the Mobile Number to ensure that the user can receive multi-factor authentication (MFA) passcodes on their phone.
  4. Select the user role from the drop-down menu.
  5. If you want to set specific permissions for the user, check or uncheck the permissions.
  6. If you want the user to receive specific emails,
    click

    tap
    to show the email notifications and settings available for the user. Check the email notifications you want the user to receive. Uncheck the email notifications you do not want the user to receive.
  7. Click
    Click or tap
    Tap
    Save
    to save your changes, or
    click
    click or tap
    tap
    Cancel
    to discard your changes.

    Step Result

    An email or SMS message with a one-time passcode is sent to verify the change. Once you receive the one-time passcode, enter it and

    Confirm
    to complete the process.

RESULT

The user is created. An email is sent to the user to activate their user account.
