Refunding Transactions

Refunding settled transactions returns some or all of the funds from a transaction to the customer's account. For more information on refunding requirements, see Refund Requirements.
Follow these steps to refund a transaction:
  1. Choose
    Payments > Manage Transactions
    .
  2. Use
    Search Transactions
    and
    Filter
    to find the settled transaction. For more information on using these options, see Using Quick Search and Filters.
  3. Click
    Click or tap
    Tap
    .
  4. Click
    Click or tap
    Tap
    Refund
    .
  5. Enter the amount of the refund. You can enter any amount up to the original transaction amount.
  6. Click
    Click or tap
    Tap
    Refund
    , or
    click
    click or tap
    tap
    Cancel
    if you decide not to refund the transaction.

RESULT

The transaction is refunded.
