Downloading Subscription Information

Follow these steps to download subscription information:

Choose

Payment > Subscriptions

.

Use the search field, date menu, advanced search, and quick filters to locate the subscriptions to download.

RESULT

The subscription information is downloaded.

The downloaded file is in tab-delimited format, and it contains the following fields:

ID
: The subscription ID.

Name
: The subscription name.

Status
: The subscription status. Either "Active", "Canceled", "or "Suspended".

Created Date
: The date the subscription was created.

Customer
: The customer name.

Payment Method
: The account number used for charging the subscription.

Amount
: The amount charged for the subscription.

Payments to Date
: The current payment number out of the total scheduled payments. For subscriptions without an end date, the total scheduled payments is listed as "9999".
