Deleting a Customer Profile

Follow these steps to edit a customer profile:

Choose

Customers > Manage Customers

.

Find the customer in the Manage Customers list. For more information, see Searching Customer Profiles.

Click

Tap

Tap

the

Profile ID

link for the customer.

Step Result

The customer's profile appears.

Click

Click or tap

Tap

Manage Profile

and select

Delete customer profile

.

Click

Click or tap

Tap

Delete

to delete the customer. Or,

click

click or tap

tap

Cancel

if you decide not to delete the customer profile.

RESULT

The customer profile is deleted.
