SettingsUse the
Accept Payment
Settings page

to select which fields appear
on the Accept Payment
form.The settings are divided into two tabs, one for basic settings and one for advanced
settings.
Each field has two check boxes. One enables you to view and edit the field on the
Accept Payment
payment form, and the other enables you to
require that the field be completed. Checking Required
for
any field automatically checks the View/Edit
box for that
field.Basic Settings
These payment information fields are available:
- Card Code
- This field is used for the three-digit code from the back of Visa, Mastercard, Discover, JCB, or Diners Club cards, or the four-digit code from the front of American Express cards.
These order information fields are available:
- Invoice Number
- Description
- This field is used for a short description of the transaction, such as which product or service the transaction is for.
These billing information fields are available:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Address
- This field is used for the customer's street address.
- City
- State
- Zip Code
- Country
- Phone
- Email
- This field is used for sending email receipts.
Advanced Settings
These Payment Amount fields are available:
- Tax
- This is a Level 2 field used to report the tax for a transaction.
- Tax Exempt
- This is a Level 2 field used to indicate that a transaction is tax exempt.
- Freight
- This is a Level 2 field used to report the freight cost for a transaction.
- Duty
- This is a Level 2 field used to report the duty cost for a transaction.
These Advanced Order Information fields are available:
- PO Number
- This is a Level 2 field used to report the purchase order number for a transaction.
These Advanced Billing Information fields are available:
- Company Name
- Customer ID
These Shipping Information fields are available:
- Shipping Customer First Name
- Shipping Customer Last Name
- Shipping Address
- Enables you to enter the customer's street address for shipping purposes.
- Shipping City
- Shipping State
- Shipping Zip Code
- Shipping Country
When you have selected the fields that you wish to add to the the
Accept Payment
payment form, click
click or tap
tap
Save
.If you need to start over,
click
click or tap
tap
Revert to Default Settings
. You are prompted to confirm that
you wish to revert settings.
