Rebilling Transactions

You can use a settled transaction to create a new transaction to rebill a customer.
Follow these steps to rebill a customer:
  1. Choose
    Payments > Manage Transactions
    .
  2. Use
    Search Transactions
    and
    Filter
    to find the settled transaction. For more information on using these options, see Using Quick Search and Filters.
  3. Click
    Click or tap
    Tap
    .
  4. Click
    Click or tap
    Tap
    Rebill
    .
  5. Enter the amount to rebill.
  6. Click
    Click or tap
    Tap
    Submit for rebill
    .

RESULT

A new transaction is created with the rebill amount.
