Rebilling Transactions
You can use a settled transaction to create a new transaction to rebill a customer.
Follow these steps to rebill a customer:
- ChoosePayments > Manage Transactions.
- UseSearch TransactionsandFilterto find the settled transaction. For more information on using these options, see Using Quick Search and Filters.
- ClickClick or tapTap.
- ClickClick or tapTapRebill.
- Enter the amount to rebill.
- ClickClick or tapTapSubmit for rebill.
RESULT
A new transaction is created with the rebill amount.
