Customers
Use the Customers module to manage your
customer information. From this module, you create profiles for new customers and manage
your existing customers. Managing customers includes maintaining the various payment
methods and shipping addresses used by a customer to simplify future transactions.
If your business uses customer relationship management (CRM) software, you can also assign
the customer ID from the CRM system to the customer profile for easy reference.
IMPORTANT
The Customers module is available for merchants who have signed up
for the Customer Information Manager service. For information about signing up for
Customer Information Manager, see Marketplace.
