Follow these steps to delete a webhook.

Choose

Account > Account and API Settings > Webhooks Notifications.

FInd the webhook you want to delete. Use the navigation controls at the bottom of the page as needed.

to delete the webhook, or

to discard your changes.

RESULT

The webhook URL is removed from your account.
