Generating Your API Login ID and Transaction Key

Follow these steps to generate your account's API login ID and transaction key when you haven't generated one before.

Choose

Account > Account and API Settings > API Credentials and Keys

Generate New Transaction Key

.

Verify your one-time passcode when prompted.

Step Result

A message appears that explains how to disable your existing transaction key.

The API login ID and transaction key are displayed.

for the API login ID and paste it in a secure location.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

IMPORTANT

You can generate the API login ID only one time, but you can view and copy the current API login ID at any time. To change the API login ID, contact customer support.
