Filtering Customer Profiles

You can use filters to limit how many customer profiles appear in your customer list. You can filter by customer information, payment information, or the shipping profile ID. When you are done with the filters,

tap
Manage Customers
to see all of the customer profiles again.
  1. Click
    Click or tap
    Tap
    the
    Filter
    button to open the Filter Customers sidebar.
  2. Choose a method to sort the filtered customers. You can sort the results in ascending or descending order by creation date, first name, last name, profile ID, and email address.
  3. Enter customer and payment criteria into the filter parameters to narrow down the customer search.
  4. Click
    Click or tap
    Tap
    Apply Filters
    to view the filtered results.
  5. Click
    Click or tap
    Tap
    Clear All
    to remove all filters.
