Manage Customers

The Manage Customers module contains your customer profiles. You must create the customer profile and collect the information for each profile. To help you organize your customer profiles, key information about each customer is provided in these columns.
Profile ID
: An identification number assigned to the customer profile by your system when the profile is created.
Name
: The name of your customer which can be a person's name or a business name.
Creation Date
: The date the customer profile was created.
Customer ID
: The identification number assigned to the customer. This ID number is different from the customer profile ID.
Contact
: Information for contacting the customer. This information can be a phone number or email address or both.
Saved payment
: Indicates whether the record contains payment method information for the customer.
Action
: A drop-down menu of available actions appears when you
click

the dots. The options are discussed in these sections: Accept payment, Refund (unlinked only), and Create subscription.
You can sort your list of customers by

beside these table columns:
  • Profile ID
  • Name
  • Creation Date
  • Customer ID
Use the Manage Customers module to:
  • Edit a customer profile.
  • Add a payment method to a customer profile.
  • Add a shipping address to a customer profile.
  • Delete a customer profile.
  • Download your customer profiles.
