Viewing Merchant Users

To view the users on a merchant account.:
  1. Choose
    Merchants
    Manage Merchants
    .
  2. Enter your search criteria in the Search Merchants box. You can search by either merchant name, gateway ID, or reference ID.
  3. To display additional search results,
    use the pagination buttons at the bottom-left corner of the page.
    click or tap
    Show More
     at the bottom of the screen.
    tap
    Show More
     at the bottom of the screen.
  4. Click
    Click or tap
    Tap
     the name of the merchant account that you wish to manage.
  5. Click
    Click or tap
    Tap
    Merchant Users
    .

RESULT

The users for the merchant account with their login IDs, names, and roles appear.
